Emery Oleochemicals confirms the sale of its jointly-owned alkoxylation facility in the Netherlands
March 11 , 2015 - Emery Oleochemicals confirms the sale of its jointly-owned alkoxylation facility, Erca Emery Surfactant B.V., in the Moerdijk industrial park in the Netherlands to Solvay S.A. The agreement is expected to close by mid-April pending all customary approvals. Emery Oleochemicals welcomes the agreement which enables the company to refocus its investments towards high-margin and high-demand specialty solutions where Emery Oleochemicals benefits from significant competitive advantage and/or proprietary technology.
